      Rodeo photography, images not sharp
      Discussion
Hi, Rented a Nikon D5 and a 400mm prime. Used a tripod with a gimbal mount. Back button AF, AF-C, 9pt. 1/2500, f/6.3, Auto ISO. Even when the focus point is where it should be the image is not sharp. Same problem when hand holding with the 70-200 f/2.8 lens. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References:- https://bit.ly/2LddqVK Online Video Production Service Thanks!

Why can't I take sharp pictures? Canon T2i
      Discussion
HI, I just got back from some botanical gardens doing some photography, and as I look back through my pictures, over half of them seems to be slightly out of focus, enough to the point where the image doesn't look good. Why is my camera doing this? What can I do to fix it? Canon T2i, with kit 18-135 IS lens. Same thing seems to happen with my Sigma 50mm Macro lens too. Any help will be apprecited. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: https://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1200753 software explainer example Thank you.

Photography noob: Do I need a lens protector/filter, if so,
      Discussion
HI, I really never took many pictures, but just now came into possession of a Sony NEX-5 with 18-55mm lens (the 5K/B kit.)At the moment I'm just familiarizing myself with basic photography skills, shooting modes and such. So I really know nothing. I see those lens filters hocked everywhere, also seem to be billed as lens protectors. It seems like a good idea to have the lens protected, but I can't tell for the life of me what I need to/should purchase, if anything. I do have a lens hood and intend to use that to protect from bumping the lens front (good?), but dust and dirt could still get in. So yeah, that's basically my question. For very basic photography and just wanting to take good care of the lens, what if anything should I buy? Any help will be apprecited. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
